Company Profile

 

A company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore on 11 July 1980 to take over its precendent company G&C General Contractors which had been active in the construction business since incorporation.

 

Presently, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of GTK Holding Pte Ltd. The Issued and Fully Paid Capital of the company was increased from S$7.5M to S$10.0M on 15 Aug 2013. The company has been in profitability since its founding. The founder of the company is the present director Mr Goh Tee Kia (Chairman).

 

Our major activities are in civil engineering and structural works for shipyards, petroleum complex, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, factories and building works.

 

The scope of work include pilings, marine works, steel fabrication, piping, earthworks, road and drainage, RC works, etc.

 

The company is a registered contractor with BCA and The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SLOTS) in Civil Engineering & Structural. We are an active contractor for the private sectors such as Keppel FELs LTD, Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd, Punj Lloyd Ptd Ltd, Shimizu Corporation, etc.

 

The company has achieved the certification of ISO 9001:2000 on 3 June 2003, OHSAS 18001:2007 on 5 May 2010, ISO 1401:2004 on 28 Mar 2011 and BizSAFE Enterprise Level Start on 22 Dec 2011.
